What size shirt should I order?
Check out the “Description” section on the product pages for our sizing advice. We always do our best to accurately describe the sizes. In the photo below, Aly (on the left) is wearing a size medium, she likes her shirts a bit looser fitting and is 5’4″ + weighs 155lbs. Emily (on the right) is wearing a size small, and is 5’4″ + weighs 115lbs. She sometimes grabs an extra-small when she wants a bit of a tighter fit.
How should I care for my shirt?
We won’t make this too difficult, because who has time for that? Not us. We simply ask that you wash your tees inside out in cold water and drying on a low-heat cycle. Do not bleach. A warm iron can be used, however, you should not iron directly on the screen printed pattern. Our products are not preshrunk, but we do our best to describe the after-wash fit in our product descriptions.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
We strive to get you your orders as quickly as possibly. Orders generally take 1-2 weeks to be created.
After your order has been created, you can expect your order to arrive in 3-9 business days. We ship out products every Monday and Thursday to keep ourselves sane. If you need expedited shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long will it take for an item on backorder to ship?
Typically, items on backorder will ship with three weeks and arrive within four weeks. We always strive to get your orders out as quickly as possible. If you have questions regarding a backordered item, please email us at support@elleandellieco.com. We will be sure to notify you upon shipping your order.
Can you ship to my country?
Yes! If you can receive packages, we are more than happy to send them. Our website currently only accepts domestic orders, but if you email us at hello@elleandellieco.com, we would be more than happy to take your order and calculate shipping. We ship via USPS from Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA and are not responsible for lost or delayed packages, or custom/delivery taxes.
I just received my order, and something was wrong. What do I do?
Oh no! We are so sorry. On the rare occasion you receive the wrong item or an item was damaged, please send us an email at support@elleandellieco.com and we will get it fixed right away.
Do you offer wholesale?
You know we do! Please send us an email to hello@elleandellieco.com (including your shop name and details regarding your order request) so we can chat more about it. We cannot wait to work with you!
Do you offer coupon/promo codes?
Occasionally, we will run a promotion. Sometimes they will involve an promotional code/coupon that can be found on our Instagram or in our newsletter.
Who takes all of the photographs on your site?
The amazing Jen at Ampersand Photography takes most of our beautiful pictures, but every now and again we are behind the camera. If you want to know about a specific picture, feel free to ask.
